Terms of Use
The ground rules.
These terms cover the RallyPath app and this website. They are short and written in plain language. By using either, you agree to them.
Effective 10 October 2026. RallyPath is an independent app studio based in Viet Nam ("RallyPath", "we"). Questions go to support@rallypath.app.
1. The app
RallyPath is a badminton training log. You get it from the App Store, and your right to use it is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement disagree about the app, Apple's agreement wins. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
2. Your log is yours
Everything you record in RallyPath - sessions, scores, ratings, notes, reflections and photos - belongs to you. It stays on your phone, and we never receive it. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
3. Keep a backup
Because your log exists only on your phone, we cannot recover it for you. If you lose or reset your phone, delete the app, or tap Delete All Data, your log is gone unless you have a backup. Export a backup from Settings in the app regularly and keep the file somewhere safe. You are responsible for your own backups.
4. Play safe
RallyPath helps you record and review your training. It is not medical advice, coaching, or a fitness or health assessment. Workout figures come from Apple Health and your devices, and may not be exact. Skill ratings are your own judgement. Train within your limits, and talk to a doctor or a qualified coach before you change how hard you train.
5. Sharing
Share cards and stickers are made from your own numbers and photos. When you share one, you choose where it goes, and you are responsible for what you post, including photos of other people. Please only share photos you have the right to share.
6. Feature requests
On rallypath.app/feature-requests you can suggest ideas and vote. Please keep it about RallyPath, be respectful, and do not post personal information, spam or anything unlawful. We review ideas before they appear publicly and may edit, decline or remove any of them. If you send us an idea, you agree that we may use it to improve RallyPath without owing you anything.
7. Using this website
Use rallypath.app normally. Do not try to break it, overload it, get around its protections or collect data from it with automated tools.
8. Our content
The RallyPath name, logo, app design, website and Help Center are ours. You may link to this site and share your own share cards freely. Do not copy the app or the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
9. Price and changes to the app
RallyPath is free to download today. We may add new features, change or remove existing ones, or offer paid options in the future. If we do, we will say so clearly before you are charged anything. We will not charge you without your clear agreement through the App Store.
10. No guarantees
We work hard to make RallyPath reliable, but the app and this website are provided "as is". We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or right for your purposes.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, RallyPath is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for lost data, including logs that were lost without a backup. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, except where the consumer protection laws of your own country give you rights that cannot be changed by agreement.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change matters, we will describe what is new. Continuing to use RallyPath after a change means you accept the new terms.
