Get a reminder to log your session
Pick the days you play and a time. RallyPath reminds you to log your session after you play.
Before you start
Reminders are off until you turn them on. Pick a time after you usually finish playing, so the reminder arrives when you are home and ready to log.
Steps
Open Reminders
In Settings, tap Reminders. The row shows Off, or your reminder time once it is on. After your first saved session you can also tap Set a reminder on the celebration screen.

Turn on Remind me to log
The first time, iPhone asks whether RallyPath can send notifications. Tap Allow.

Pick your play days
Under Play days, tap each day you play. Tap a day again to remove it. You need at least one day.

Set the time
Under Time, the reminder starts at 9:00 PM. Tap it to change. Your changes count right away: there is nothing to save.

Good to know
- What does a reminder look like?
- Each day of the week has its own short message, for example "Thursday cooldown." Tap the reminder and RallyPath opens New Log, ready to fill in.
- I logged a session today and got no reminder.
- That is on purpose: there is no reminder on a day you already logged. Only a session dated today counts. Logging yesterday's session today does not skip today's reminder.
- I am travelling to another time zone.
- Reminders follow your phone's clock, so 9:00 PM stays 9:00 PM wherever you are.
- It says "Notifications are off for RallyPath on this phone."
- Notifications for RallyPath are turned off in iPhone Settings. Tap Open Settings, then turn on Allow Notifications.
- The reminder made no sound.
- Silent mode mutes reminders, the same as for every app. A Focus, such as Sleep, can also hold them until it ends.
- I have not opened RallyPath for weeks and the reminders stopped.
- RallyPath plans your reminders about four weeks ahead and tops them up each time you open the app. Open it once and they start again.
- Are my reminders in my backup?
- Yes. A backup keeps whether reminders are on, your days and your time. Delete All Data turns reminders off.
