The app does not open, or closes straight away
Three things to try, in order, before you write to us. Your data stays on the phone through all of them.
Before you start
None of these steps deletes your logs. Do not delete the app: that does remove your data, and without a backup it is gone.
Steps
Close it fully and open again
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to see open apps, swipe RallyPath away, then open it from the Home Screen.
Restart the phone
Hold the side button and a volume button, slide to power off, then turn it back on.
Check for an update
Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, and pull down to refresh. If RallyPath shows Update, install it.
