A photo did not import
What the Queued, Importing, Failed and Cancelled labels mean, and what to do about each.
Before you start
When you add images to a session detail, each one shows a small status while RallyPath copies it in. Leave the editor open until they finish.
Steps
Wait for Importing to finish
Big photos, or photos stored in iCloud and not yet on the phone, take a moment. A photo marked Queued is next in line.
If one says Failed or Unavailable, remove and re-add it
Tap the x on that image and choose it again. If it is an iCloud photo, open it once in the Photos app first so it downloads, then add it.
If you left early, it says Cancelled
Leaving the editor while an import runs cancels it and the detail is not saved. Open Add Session Detail again and add the images.
